In this session, Lets change the port number for Listener and SCAN listener in existing Oracle RAC environment.
Step-1 From the oracle user, Check the listener configuration including port number used
srvctl config listener
Step-2 From the oracle user, Change the listener port using srvctl utility.
srvctl modify listener -l LISTENER -p "TCP:1438"
Step-3 Now, Change the Port number for SCAN listener, Login to GRID user.
Check the GRID_HOME using ps -ef |grep d.bin
Step-4 Now, go to the GRID_HOME/bin and Check the existing Port number used for SCAN listener.
srvctl config scan_listener
Step-5 Now, witin the GRID_HOME/bin and Change the Port number for SCAN listener.
srvctl modify scan_listener -p 1438
Step-6 Now, within the same GRID_HOME/bin, Check again the Port number for SCAN listener.
