
Note:- Once we added the target databases on AVDF, we have to add the Audit collection for these databases with the help of below steps.

Lets start to add the Audit data capturing using below steps:-
Step-1 Login to the AVDF GUI console with the ADMIN user.
Click here to check What types of users you have for AVDF console.

Step-2 On the Home page,Click on Target marked as red color in below snap

Step-3 Choose the Target to Add database audit collection as below.
Apologies:- Snaps are blur due to security reasons.

Step-4 Under the Target Click on Add button to Add database audit collection as below.
For example:- Target database is ORCL

Step-5 Add Audit Trail as shown in below snap
Choose one of the Audit Trail Type from drop down list,marked as red color

Choose the Trail Location from drop down list

Step-6 Add Audit Trail Type and Location and click on Save
Note:- From 20.9 onwards, agentless collection is new feature. We can use it.

Step-7 Once saved above changes, Check the status after few second as below

Step-8 After few second again check the status as below snap

Step-9 Now we can add another trail type as per requirement.
Step-10 Now check the report section using AVAUDIT user to see what activities captured.
Login to the AVDF GUI console using AVAUDIT user and click on Report section

Click on below reports shown as red color for example
